Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Maintenance Position to support our facilities team in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment. Duties Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools efficiently and safely. Handle chemical agents safely during cleaning processes, following all safety procedures and protocols. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and equipment upkeep to support overall facility operations. Follow safety guidelines for heavy lifting and manual handling to prevent injuries during daily tasks. Maintain sanitation standards by properly handling cleaning supplies and ensuring all areas meet health regulations. Support janitorial and custodial teams in maintaining high standards of cleanliness in commercial or residential settings. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring a positive experience for staff and visitors. Requirements . Ability to handle cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and other custodial tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation practices is highly desirable. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks while following safe lifting practices. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and respond to facility needs efficiently. Basic understanding of facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is a plus but not required.
