Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks. A commitment to safety and customer service is crucial in this position. Responsibilities Maintain sidewalks, parking lots, clubhouses, pools, and public areas.

Perform custodial duties:

cleaning, sweeping, mopping, bathroom sanitization, and trash removal.

Handle pool care:

vacuuming, skimming. Assist with irrigation and lighting repairs. Basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs under supervision. Event setup and cleanup. Operate small equipment (lawnmower, weed trimmer, blower, drills, saws, ect). Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid Mississippi driver's license. 18+ years old, background check required. Ability to read tape measures and operate power tools.

Physical stamina:

bending, walking, lifting 50+ lbs., working outdoors in all weather
