This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, along with the ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on various systems. This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks and a commitment to providing excellent service. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues effectively. Fabricate parts as needed using welding techniques and other fabrication methods. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to standard. Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work completed and parts used. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and efficiency. Skills Proficient in mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems. Experience in welding and fabrication techniques is preferred. Strong electrical skills, including familiarity with logic controllers. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues. Supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities in a maintenance setting.
