Overview We are seeking a mechanically oriented dealership yard assistant to help with a variety of tasks at an Ag and Construction Dealership. Position will grow into a more specialized role with increased experience. Duties Uncrate, assemble, and test skid steer attachments Clean and test incoming equipment Make deliveries and pickup parts and supplies Keep shop and yard organized and clean Assist customers with loadouts and demos Load and unload trucks using skid steers, forklifts, and telehandlers Gain experience with dirt moving equipment, semi trucks, hauling equipment, construction, haying equipment, mechanics, and sales. Qualifications Desire for personal and professional growth in a environment that requires a varied skill set Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Basic mechanic or carpentry ability
