The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our facilities through a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for both employees and customers. Duties Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities, ensuring all systems are operational. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise. Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques is essential. Previous experience in manufacturing environments is preferred. Ability to use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required. A customer service-oriented mindset is essential for interacting with staff and clients effectively. $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
