Job Description

Are you a hardworking individual with a passion for hands-on work? Join our team at Ness Management, a property management company known for honesty and a strong work ethic. We are looking for a dedicated property maintenance laborer to perform various maintenance tasks in apartment units and assist in keeping properties in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Apartment unit demolition Painting and surface preparations Hot water tank, toilet, faucet, and lighting installations Landscape clean-up and leaf blowing Garbage clean-up (including driving a small dump truck) Exterior building maintenance, including the ability to safely climb a ladder for tasks such as cleaning, repairs, and inspections
Requirements:
Reliable personal vehicle for commuting and transport Ability to lift and carry heavy items Comfortable working in all weather conditions Ability to climb a ladder for exterior building maintenance Prior experience in property maintenance or general labor is preferred, but not required Ability to take direction and work as part of a team or independently Must have a strong work ethic, ability to communicate effectively in English, and a positive attitude
What We Offer:
