Part-Time Maintenance Laborer -

RV Park Location:

Sidney, Montana Pay:

$20/hour + living expenses if residing on-site We are looking for a dependable, hands-on part-time laborer to help maintain and improve an RV park in Sidney, Montana. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable working outdoors, and capable of handling basic property maintenance and utility repairs without needing a contractor for every small issue.

Responsibilities include:

General property maintenance and upkeep Keeping the park clean, organized, and well maintained Landscape maintenance and preventing overgrowth Helping incoming tenants get situated in their sites Assisting tenants with water, sewer, and electrical utility connections Locating and diagnosing water leaks Digging up and repairing water lines when needed Locating and diagnosing sewer problems Repairing or replacing damaged sewer lines Clearing or assisting with sewer backups Basic plumbing repairs Minor carpentry and general repair work Small renovation and improvement projects involving the office, shop, apartments, common areas, or other park facilities Helping identify maintenance issues before they become larger and more expensive problems Coordinating with management regarding repairs, materials, and ongoing maintenance needs We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable with a shovel and basic tools and who is willing to troubleshoot problems rather than immediately calling an outside contractor. You do not need to be a licensed plumber or tradesman, but experience with underground water and sewer systems, construction, property maintenance, excavation, plumbing, or similar work would be highly valuable.

Dependable and self-motivated Good problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently Mechanically inclined Able to operate basic hand and power tools Comfortable digging and performing physical outdoor work Experience with water lines, sewer lines, plumbing, construction, excavation, RV parks, mobile home parks, or property maintenance is a major plus Communicates well with management and tenants Takes pride in keeping a property in good condition

Compensation:

$20/hour Part-time hours based on maintenance needs If living on-site, we can also provide all normal living expenses associated with the RV site , including: Space rent Water and sewer Garbage Electricity This could be a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time work and inexpensive living while also having the ability to take ownership of maintaining a property.
