Woodstone Apartments is a 50-unit garden style multifamily housing community locatein Charlotte NC. The Lead Maintenance will be responsible for the oversight of the maintenance department and addressing the needs of the clients. Skills requirements include (but not limited to) ability to closely work with staff, scheduling tasks, focus on preventative maintenance program, daily maintenance upkeep and routine work assignments. Candidate should have at least (3) consecutive years of maintenance experience, have good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry. HVAC certification would be a huge plus. Regular schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with occasional after hour service calls. The Ownership is very hands on dedicating much of their time to the well-being of residents and staff. Salary is negotiable based on skill level and professional certifications.
