- Must be available for a 8am
- 4pm shift
- previous Hotel/apartment, Building Maintenance or construction Laborer Helpful.
Troubleshooting/repair/cleaning of electrical/mechanical systems to include
HVAC/PTAC
& Plumbing Conducting ongoing preventative maintenance program General Houseman Duties Painting and touch up Floor Cleaning Review, prioritize and complete daily work orders Daily inspections of property to identify potential and current needs Coordinating with local health, fire and building inspectors to ensure compliance with codes and regulations Servicing Hotels outdoor pool ensuring daily testing is completed and chemicals are within the standard Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Experience installing and troubleshooting electrical switches, PTACS and HVAC units, also to include drywall repair, plumbing repairs, etc. CPO and CFC certified a plus Reliable transportation Previous Hotel/Apartment/Strip mall, Maintenance experience a Must Other tasks assigned by Management or property Owners some off site work may be requested
