The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various maintenance tasks. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, providing a positive environment for both employees and customers. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively. Execute painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal. Operate tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using preventative maintenance applications. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and inquiries. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions. Use an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical systems. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work is essential. Experience with residential painting techniques is a plus. Previous customer service experience is beneficial for interacting with staff and clients effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
