Perform regularly scheduled cleaning duties including carpet, floors and tiles. Perform all routine electrical lighting maintenance including changing bulbs and ballasts. Perform routine plumbing repairs as needed. Assist in supervision of all 3rd party maintenance, cleaning or repair work authorized by the High Point ABC Board. Collect and/or complete quotes and budget request for all maintenance services and supplies Prioritize work to complete assignments in a timely manner. Perform routine inspections of board property to check for maintenance issues. Safely operate Board vehicles Collect and dispose of recyclable products Perform landscaping duties including mowing, weeding and planting at several locations.

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of General Commercial Maintenance experience Plumbing experience Electrical experience Valid drivers license, position required to drive board vehicle Able to work a flexible schedule for special projects Criminal background and driving record checks are required Safe driving record as determined by management Maintain a clean and safe work environment Ability to climb ladders, lift, carry and pull up to 75 lbs. without assistance
