Pay & Hours:
$15- 18/hour, based on experience | 20-25 hours per week | Weekday mornings
What You'll Do:
Kick off each day with a walkthrough of the park — picking up trash, spotting maintenance needs, and helping enforce park rules Keep our pool sparkling and safe by testing water chemistry and adding chemicals as needed Handle basic plumbing repairs, including minor leaks and water line issues Help maintain our grounds and trees through trimming, debris removal, and general landscaping Take care of minor road and site repairs to keep surfaces safe and accessible Daily cleaning of bathhouses, restrooms, laundry room, and office Clear drainage ditches to prevent flooding and water damage Jump in on special projects and property improvements alongside park management Keep tools, equipment, and maintenance records organized and in good shape Opportunity for additional paid hours cleaning our small VRBO cabinsWhat We're Looking For:
Basic knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, and general maintenance Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather Detail-oriented and able to work independently Friendly communicator who works well as part of a team Maintenance or campground/RV park experience a plus, but not required Ready to put your skills to work in a role where every day looks a little different?
