This is an entry-level, trainable role designed for someone who wants to learn basic building services and light maintenance skills and grow into an entry-level maintenance role over time. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and functional, and is comfortable performing light physical tasks.
Primary Duties:
Job duties may include assisting with basic building service tasks such as: Changing light bulbs Assisting with simple door hardware adjustments (tightening hinges, knobs, etc.) Basic toilet plunging when needed Assisting with room setup and furniture movement Helping keep maintenance areas and storage spaces organized Supporting light building upkeep tasks as directed Reporting maintenance issues that require more advanced repair Assisting the maintenance team with small tasks and daily building needs

Requirements:
Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Must be eligible to work in the United States Our goal is to create positive experiences for our residents and their families. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
