We are seeking applicants for 10-20 hours per week; ideally someone who is partially retired and flexible. Must be capable of patching drywall holes, painting touch-ups, changing light bulbs, cleaning light covers, replacing basic switches or outlets, clearing sink clogs, fixing small leaks, replacing p-traps or toilet flappers, replacing faucets, replacing air filters on a regular schedule, moving desks, limited basic groundskeeping help at times (not regular mowing), routine safety checks on emergency exits, helping maintain the cleanliness of our facilities when needed (we have a separate custodial staff), etc. Candidate should be Christian role models in faith and deed. Hours are somewhat flexible. Most, but not all work can and should be completed during regular 8-3 school hours, however, some jobs will require the rooms to be empty, and therefore cannot be completed during regular occupied hours. Qualifications/Requirements Maintenance experience is preferred but not required; there will not be any training. Candidates must have the knowledge and skill to perform duties. Complete project work as assigned Punctuality and reliability is a must Honesty and exceptional work ethic Ability to solve problems independently Must be 18 years of age or older Physical Demands Continual standing, bending over, and walking Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift Must be able to occasionally lift over 30 pounds Summertime will require more hours for painting In order to be considered for employment, you must submit a resume.
