MAINTENANCE

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
- Diagnose and repair equipment, fixtures, doors, locks and furniture.
- Complete painting, drywall, carpentry and general building repairs.
- Inspect hotel property to identify and correct maintenance and safety issues.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk staff to prioritize and resolve maintenance concerns.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Assist with room renovations and special maintenance projects as needed.
