Overview The Unit Inspector role is a hands-on position that keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll handle a mix of light maintenance, property checks, supply runs, and support tasks that help make sure our rentals are ready for guests. This job is ideal for someone who doesn't mind staying busy, switching between different types of work, and solving problems as they come up. We're a small team, and we rely on people who are dependable, communicate well, and take pride in doing their work the right way. Key Responsibilities Complete detailed property inspections before guest arrivals, checking cleanliness, functionality, and overall readiness. Review cleaning work after contractors or in-house cleaners finish, making sure each unit meets our standards before guests check in. Handle basic property care tasks such as replacing light bulbs, checking TV functionality and remotes, testing appliances, refilling guest essentials, and resetting things after guest stays. Perform light maintenance (tightening fixtures, swapping batteries, clearing small clogs, filter changes, and similar tasks). Assist with light housekeeping when needed — picking up missed items, resetting spaces, or handling small touch-ups to bring a unit up to standard. Help with laundry in our onsite laundry facility, including running loads, folding linens, and keeping laundry operations moving when needed. Deliver supplies or linens to properties to support the cleaning team and field operations. Report issues clearly and quickly using our internal systems so we can stay ahead of problems. Help with seasonal needs such as trash runs, simple snow clearing, or small property clean-up tasks. Keep tools, supplies, and company vehicles (if assigned) organized and in good working order. Qualifications Prior experience in maintenance, property management, housekeeping, or hospitality preferred but not required Must be reliable, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable using mobile apps for communication and checklists Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and clean driving record We're looking for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to take ownership of their work.
