Overview:

Assist with basic maintenance tasks across the site (e.g., minor repairs, lamp replacement, simple fixes) Support planned and reactive maintenance activities under supervision Carry out routine checks of building systems (e.g., lighting, HVAC, basic plant checks) Report faults, defects, and safety issues promptly Work Order & Task Management Respond to simple maintenance requests via work order systems Update task status and escalate issues where required Support completion of assigned tasks within agreed timelines
