Job Description

PART TIME MAINTENANCE CARETAKER
- Seeking mature, reliable person with basic plumbing, drywall and carpentry knowledge to work 28 hours/week at Oakwood II & Wesley Hollows Apartments, a 44-unit apartment community in Yadkinville & Boonville. Duties include routine maintenance, preparing vacant units, cleaning common areas, etc. Ideal candidate will be well-organized, pro-active, knowledgeable in troubleshooting maintenance needs and coordinating contractor services. Skilled trade replacements and extensive repairs are made by third party service contractors. Must have reliable transportation and provide your own hand tools. Must be on-call for after-hours emergencies. Credit and criminal checks required. Equal opportunity provider and employer.
