Maintenance Associate -

Equipment Maintenance Pay:

$24.00-$26.00 per hour Employment type: 12-month contract We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Associate to help maintain and prepare equipment for operational use. You will work under the supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician, complete assigned maintenance tasks, and record your work accurately in the maintenance system. Candidates with practical experience using tools, repairing equipment, or performing mechanical maintenance are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform assigned equipment maintenance tasks under supervision. Help ensure equipment is ready when operations need it. Record maintenance activities and equipment information accurately in company systems. Follow maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and company standards. Build technical skills through training and hands-on work. Support improvements to maintenance processes and equipment availability. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Some hands-on mechanical, equipment maintenance, repair, or similar experience. Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and document completed work. Ability to occasionally lift 70 lbs from floor to waist height, lift 38 lbs from floor to shoulder height, and carry 70 lbs for at least 20 feet.
