• We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair work.
• Responsibilities
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing repairs
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
• Troubleshoot issues with HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Qualifications
• Ability to demonstrate leadership skills when overseeing maintenance projects
• Experience in supervising maintenance staff or external contractors
• Proficiency in welding and fabricating metal structures
• Strong customer service skills when interacting with residents or staff
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Familiarity with reading schematics for repair work
• Prior experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
• Proficient in English for effective communication
• Knowledge of residential painting techniques is beneficial
