Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of quality in all tasks performed. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment for our customers and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The employee will be training in most maintenance tasks at the wash. Duties Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the facility in pristine condition. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or needs. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe environment for all employees and customers. Participate in training programs to learn various maintenance tasks and techniques relevant to the wash. Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment used in the wash, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and meets safety standards. Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the facilities to ensure cleanliness and functionality. This includes tasks such as cleaning, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment and systems. Experience Previous experience in maintenance, custodial work, or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards are essential.
