You will be part of the Production Department , supporting Mixing Operations or Finishing or Material handling . Weigh gram bags for compound batches with accuracy and attention to detail Assist in producing rubber compounds for hose extrusion Operate equipment such as mixers, mills, or compound machinery (based on assigned area) Unload bulk raw materials from tanks, railcars, and trucks Perform forklift operations as needed to support material flow What's Needed? Good verbal and written communication skills Manufacturing experience preferred Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving ability Good math, reading, and writing skills with strong retention abilities Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment What's in it for me?
