The role is suited for someone with practical repair skills and a hands-on approach. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance throughout the restaurant. Inspect equipment, fixtures, doors, plumbing, and electrical components. Handle basic repairs and maintenance issues as needed. Keep storage, kitchen, and customer areas in good condition. Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep. Maintain clean and safe work areas. Report major repair needs or equipment problems to management. Coordinate with outside repair technicians when specialized work is required. Qualifications Previous maintenance, repair, or facilities experience preferred. Basic knowledge of tools and general repair work. Ability to troubleshoot common maintenance issues. Good attention to detail and safety awareness. Reliable, organized, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and around restaurant operations. Flexible availability when maintenance issues require attention.
