Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The Maintenance Person will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and functional environment. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and outlets. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in repairs and installations. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and materials used. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects. Lead small teams when necessary, providing guidance and support to less experienced staff. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Experience with pools Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret schematics effectively. Strong leadership qualities with the capability to manage small teams effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on communication in English. A proactive attitude towards safety and compliance with industry standards.
