Responsibilities of the Maintenance associate:

Maintaining grounds including trimming, edging, mowing, tree removal, shoveling, plowing, clearing walkways. Building maintenance including painting, repairs, etc. Responsible for other miscellaneous projects as required by management.

Requirements of the Maintenance associate:

Hands-on experience with HVAC preferred. Must have a valid driver's license. This position involves physical labor. Applicants must be able to pass a drug test and physical. Successful candidates are flexible, energetic team-players with a can-do attitude. Position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with benefits after 90 days. Desirable 9/80 shift with alternating Fridays off.
