Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to help maintain our properties and facilities. This position involves a variety of outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks, including lawn care, minor repairs, painting, and other general upkeep duties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in their work, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Perform lawn care and landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance Complete minor building and store repairs as needed Paint and touch up interior and exterior surfaces Perform general maintenance and preventative upkeep tasks Assist with moving materials, equipment, and supplies Complete miscellaneous odd jobs and maintenance projects as assigned Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Travel between locations as needed Qualifications Previous maintenance, landscaping, construction, or related experience preferred Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
