Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities, tooling, and fabrication operations. This role serves as the primary liaison between Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and external contractors to ensure maintenance work is planned, prioritized, and executed efficiently with minimal impact on production. The candidate will manage preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, asset documentation, and maintenance records within the ERP system. Responsibilities also include coordinating labor and resources, and prioritizing maintenance activities based on safety, equipment reliability, and production requirements. In addition, the role supports maintenance validation, spare parts planning, and documentation compliance. The candidate will also serve as a backup for maintenance purchasing activities, including vendor management and maintenance inventory control. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external contractors. Proficiency with computer applications and experience using ERP is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records.
