Job Goal:

To maintain the physical school plant, facilities and equipment in a condition of operating excellence and safety, so that full educational use of them may be made at all times.

Qualifications:

Hold or obtain and keep valid, at minimum a Black Seal Boiler's License. Have and keep a valid New Jersey driver's license. Have basic communications and computational skills. Building, facilities and maintenance experience preferred. Experience in specific craft areas, vocation and/or job responsibilities. Meet physical requirements of position. Hold state licenses (highly desirable). Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.
