HVAC Experience with Universal EPA 608 License preferred
Job Goal:
To maintain the physical school plant, facilities and equipment in a condition of operating excellence and safety, so that full educational use of them may be made at all times.
Qualifications:
Hold or obtain and keep valid, at minimum a Black Seal Boiler's License.
Have and keep a valid New Jersey driver's license.
Have basic communications and computational skills.
Building, facilities and maintenance experience preferred.
Experience in specific craft areas, vocation and/or job responsibilities.
Meet physical requirements of position.
Hold state licenses (highly desirable).
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status. Atlantic City Public School District is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer.
