We are seeking a Maintenance Technician/ Helper to assist with general maintenance and renovation tasks at a residential apartment community located in Burlington, NJ. This position requires the ability to complete tasks in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area Assist Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory of equipment, tools, parts and supplies at appropriate levels Comply with all personnel management policies and procedures Communicate effectively with residents, fellow employees, vendors and supervisors Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features as required to minimize liability concerns; and to ensure that physical condition of the community is maintained Work with maintenance team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times Maintain accurate records Snow removal during inclement weather Perform other maintenance/repair work as directed by Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required Must be able to diagnose problems with and assist with repair of the following: Basic-Intermediate plumbing Basic-Intermediate electrical Drywall installation, repair and finishing General carpentry

Other Requirements:

Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Provide Own Basic Hand Tools (preferred but not necessary) 1-2 years of previous maintenance experience preferred

Compensation:

Part Time Starting at $19 based on experience
