We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Porter to join our apartment community team. The Porter plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of the property while providing excellent service to our residents and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, hallways, lobbies, amenity spaces, and breezeways.
• Pick up litter and debris throughout the community.
• Empty trash receptacles and assist with bulk trash removal.
• Clean windows, doors, elevators, and other high-traffic areas.
• Assist with apartment turns by removing trash and preparing units as directed.
• Monitor the property for safety hazards and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Help maintain the pool area, clubhouse, fitness center, and other amenities.
• Assist the maintenance team with general tasks as needed.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Previous porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or apartment maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming community.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, bending, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
