Seeking a reliable & trustworthy Part-time/ Seasonal maintenance helper for 2 manufactured home communities located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Up to 24 hours a week. Valid NJ Drivers License & clean driving record a MUST. ( non-negotiable ) Criminal back ground check. Bi-lingual a plus but not required. On-site Maintenance vehicle. Duties include helping our maintenance staff with overall maintenance of our facilities, including septic, sewer clogs, well water, water testing, mowing, plumbing, plowing snow, operating some heavy machinery, problem solving, curbside inspections, etc. Some maintenance experience required.
