Job Description

Concord Healthcare and Rehabilitation is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Assistant in Lakewood NJ.

Qualifications:

2 years of prior maintenance experience in a nursing home is required . Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance electrical/plumbing work light construction appliance installation drywall patch/paint coordinating scheduled service from outside vendors
