Job Description

Looking for a part-time maintenance and facilities employee for two commercial buildings in Morris county, NJ and one 12 unit multifamily apartment building in Newark, NJ. Responsibilities will include all general inside and outside maintenance for all three properties.
Example:
lawn care for both morris county locations, snow plow removal, general inside troubleshooting, tenant calls for internal apartment issues (toilets, sinks, washer/dryer, appliances, etc.)A vehicle will be provided for plowing and salting in winter and mowers for proper lawn care. Mulching and flowers in Spring time etc. This is a growing family enterprise and will lead to most likely a full time position with a full time maintenance vehicle and gas card, and cell phone. Looking for an experienced worker. Trustworthy and responsible is a must. Hourly wage at first with the potential as employee becomes full time with more properties to manage will be salaried with health benefits.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
