We are seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Routine basic maintenance performed daily Transport and delivery of supplies Support IT in deliveries of equipment Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician/ moving of office equipment and furniture Participate in different projects (e.g. renovations) Cleans and assists with upkeep and preventative maintenance of the facilities Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance Performs other related duties as assigned Light painting, spackling, and construction experience is a plus Knowledge of general carpentry and repair Proven Facilities/Maintenance experience Excellent organizational and time management skills Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time Must have valid driver's license and clean driving recordCompensation & Benefits:
Pay Range:
$22-$25 an hour the starting rate within this range for this role varies depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, HSA and Long-Term Disability insurance
