Job Description
McAuley Hall Health Care Center is located in Watchung , N.J. We are a sponsored work of the Sisters of Mercy, and strive to give quality, person centered care to the residents we serve. We are seeking a part time Maintenance (week ends a must) assistant with the following qualifications: Qualifications Nursing home experience preferred Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations. Knowledgeable in fire safety and emergency preparedness Responsibilities assist the Maintenance Director is the day to day operations of facility. troubleshoot and repair responds to the needs of building in a timely fashion team player Assist in establishing a preventive maintenance
