We are looking for a dependable, experienced General Maintenance Technician who can work independently and handle a wide variety of building and property repairs. Responsibilities include responding to service calls alone, troubleshooting problems, repairing doors and hardware, tile, drywall, toilets and clogged drains, minor plumbing, basic HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance, trash and debris removal, and other general building repairs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, jack-of-all-trades type of person who is mechanically inclined, has good problem-solving skills, can determine what materials or parts are needed, and can take a repair from start to finish without constant supervision. A valid driver's license, experience with hand and power tools, and the ability to communicate professionally while working at customer or job locations are required.
