Monday-Friday 📌 Contract-to-Hire Opportunity BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a multifamily community in Sparks, NV 89431. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in maintaining apartment homes, community amenities, and resident satisfaction through quality workmanship and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally.

Perform a variety of general maintenance tasks, including:

Basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting

Electrical diagnostics and repairs

Appliance maintenance and repair

Carpentry, drywall repair, and general property upkeep

Assist with unit turns, make-readies, and apartment preparation for new move-ins.

Maintain community grounds, common areas, and shared amenities.

Respond to resident service requests with a friendly and professional attitude.

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company expectations.

Support the onsite maintenance team with daily property operations.

Qualifications

Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Strong working knowledge of general maintenance trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.

Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently.

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
