OPERATING NEEDS

Valid NYS Driver's license required Candidates are expected to be qualified to use negative pressure respirators Ability to perform semiskilled, routine, repetitive maintenance, installation and repair activities in the University dorms, lift 75 pounds and properly use hand and power tool, minor electrical repairs to outlets switches lights and ballasts. Ability to climb ladders and work at heights (ladders and aerial platforms)
