Duties Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the property, to include any and all public spaces and amenities Ensuring spaces are cleaned and put back in order for the next guest, group, meeting Restocks various cleaning supplies Clean glass doors and mirrors throughout property Sweep, vacuum and mop lobby, mail area and package room High and low dusting Disinfect, stainless steel polish and vacuum elevators to include tracks and keypads Deep clean and disinfect bathrooms Collect all garbage and recycle from trash rooms, empty and clean compactor rooms and prepare trash for pickup Assists with closing duties, locking doors/spaces, restocking goods for the next day Ensuring positive interactions with guests and fellow employees Assists other departments as necessary to ensure a great guest experience Performs other duties as assigned by management Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or repair roles involving electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, or mechanical repairs. Knowledge of building interior maintenance including carpentry and painting techniques suitable for residential settings. Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) processes to streamline facility upkeep activities effectively. Ability to read technical schematics related to electrical systems and HVAC units for accurate diagnostics. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members. Leadership qualities are a plus for mentoring junior staff or leading small maintenance projects.
