Job Description
Summary :
This is a full time seasonal and part-time non seasonal position. This person is responsbile for the day-to-day upkeep, repair and support of multiple private properties. This hands-on role reports directly to the Property Manager and assists with maintenance, grounds care, projects and general property operations to ensure the property is kept in excellent condition.Responsbilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs and general upkeep throughout the property
- Respond quickly to maintenance issues and repair requests.
- Assist with landscaping support, grounds care, seasonal prep, exterior maintenance and all projects assigned by the Property Manager
- Support special projects, renovations, and seasonal maintenance tasks.
- Maintain tools, supplies, equipment, and storage areas in orderly condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with property standards.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in property maintenance, facilities, construction or handyman services preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry or general handyman work.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Reliable, flexible and able to respond to urgent issues when needed.
- Must have a clean and valid drivers license
