JobFlexible Part-Time | $28-$35 Per Hour Trilogy Wellness is seeking a mechanically skilled technician with experience troubleshooting and repairing fitness, exercise, or rehabilitation equipment across our physical therapy clinics and fitness centers. This is a flexible, part-time position that is ideal for someone who enjoys varied hands-on work, solving problems independently, and building an ongoing relationship with a local healthcare organization. This is not a 24/7 position. Hours will vary depending on scheduled maintenance, repairs, inspections, and occasional urgent needs. What You'll Do Complete routine maintenance and safety inspections at assigned locations Diagnose and repair fitness and exercise equipment Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs within your level of experience Assemble, adjust, relocate, and maintain office, therapy, and fitness equipment Identify potential safety concerns before they become larger problems Respond to occasional urgent maintenance needs during agreed-upon availability Communicate clearly about repair needs, recommended solutions, expected costs, and completion timelines Coordinate with specialized vendors when a repair requires licensed or outside professional service Maintain simple records of inspections, repairs, parts, and completed work Location Options Trilogy operates several locations throughout Western New York. Depending on availability and location, responsibilities may be divided into regional groups: Wheatfield, Grand Island, and Kenmore Clarence, Amherst, and West Seneca Additional Buffalo-area locations as needed Applicants may be considered for one regional group or for multiple locations. What We're Looking For Previous experience in facilities maintenance, property maintenance, equipment repair, building services, or related trade Mechanical ability and strong troubleshooting skills Experience repairing commercial fitness or exercise equipment is strongly preferred Ability to complete work independently and follow through reliably Good communication and time-management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to safely lift, move, and work with equipment and maintenance supplies Appropriate personal tools and equipment for routine maintenance work are helpful Why Join Trilogy Wellness?
