Job Description:
Property Maintenance Responsibilities:
Basic property maintenance which includes light physical work, weeding garden beds, planting new beds, mowing and weed whacking as needed. Also working on specific projects under the supervision of the property manager. Some knowledge of basic carpentry techniques for maintenance as needed preferred.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
