Up to $25.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Job Overview We are a well-established local construction and property management company seeking a reliable, motivated Maintenance Professional to join our properties division. This position plays a vital role in the ongoing care, repair, and maintenance of our rental communities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Duties including site setup, cleanup, loading, and unloading materials Conduct basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and general repairs Prep apartments for turnover Operate basic hand and power tools safely Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments Troubleshoot and provide productive solutions to maintenance and construction challenges Follow schedules, instructions, and safety protocols Work both independently and as part of a team Qualifications Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or a related field preferred Rudimentary knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general "fix-it" tasks Ability to multitask and stay on task Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality is a must Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions Must have reliable transportation Valid NY State Driver's License Willingness to learn and grow within the company Schedule Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Must be able to commute to Oneida, NY (relocation required if not local) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage Mileage reimbursement Health insurance available Life insurance Retirement plan available Paid holidays NYS Paid Sick Time Opportunities for advancement and professional development Supportive, safety-focused work environment Join our team and be part of a company committed to quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and long-term growth.
