Part-Time Laborer - 2 Days Per Week The Property Butler | Part-Time / Temporary with Potential for

Ongoing Work Pay:

$20-$25 per hour The Property Butler is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team 2 days per week to assist with an upcoming project. This position is expected to last approximately 2 months , with the possibility of continued work and a longer-term position for the right person. Schedule This is a 2-day-per-week position , working the same two days each week . We are looking for someone who can consistently commit to those scheduled days. What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on labor position.

Responsibilities may include:

Heavy lifting and moving materials Carrying and loading/unloading materials Assisting technicians with project work Demolition and jobsite preparation Jobsite cleanup and organization Using basic hand tools General labor and other project-related tasks Who We're Looking For You do not need to be an experienced tradesperson. We're primarily looking for someone who: Is 18 years of age or older Is physically capable of performing labor-intensive work and heavy lifting Is dependable and shows up on time Can follow directions and work well with others Has a good attitude and willingness to learn Is comfortable working in residential and commercial environments Previous construction, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse, moving, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required . Compensation $20-$25/hour , depending on experience, skills, and ability. Potential for Continued Employment We're initially hiring for a project lasting approximately two months. However, we're continuing to grow, and someone who proves to be reliable, hardworking, and a good fit with our team may have the opportunity to continue working with The Property Butler after the project is completed.
