Job Description

Maintenance Assistant Full time $22-$23 per hour Somerset Gardens Assisted Living in Plainview, NY has an opportunity for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant. Experience is a must. Qualified candidates will have the ability to perform repairs, painting, assist with general upkeep of the community and resident apartments. Must own hand tools. Work week will be Sunday-Thursday 10-6pm. Overtime is available. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, PTO, & 401k)..
