Starting at $25 per hour Plattsburgh, NY | Full-Time Coryer Staffing is recruiting a Maintenance Worker for our client in the Plattsburgh area. This role covers general upkeep and repairs to keep a busy commercial property running smoothly. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections throughout the property Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform minor painting, patching, and general upkeep as needed What We're Looking For Previous maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Reliable and able to work independently Strong attention to detail Why Work with Coryer Staffing?
