Maintenance Person The person in this position at the Imperial Industrial Park will assist Carpenters and Maintenance Supervisors in all aspects of facility maintenance. Ideal candidates will have some training or experience or equivalent education in the areas of painting, carpentry (including framing and dry-wall construction) and masonry work. Candidates who have basic knowledge and understanding of the safe use of the tools of the trade may be considered without direct work experience. Experience with operation of skid loader, fork lift, personnel lift and other construction equipment is a plus, but not required. Training provided. The position requires driver's license with good driving record for operation of company vehicles. All employees are required to wear safety shoes on site at all times and be familiar with or able to be trained on other safety equipment needed for the job. This is a full-time position with general hours Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Opportunity for overtime may be available.
