Job Description
Job Duties:
PROPERTY
- Landscaping and Grounds keeping
- Performs basic repairs
- General Painting
- Assisting Facilities Supervisor with other duties
Qualification:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid N.Y.S. Driver's License
- Must have own form of transportation.
- Must be able to work independently and within a team.
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools.
Pay:
