We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Custodian to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace for our employees and customers. This is a hands-on position that is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys keeping things clean and orderly. Responsibilities Clean and maintain office, shop, restroom, breakroom, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility Clean breakrooms, kitchens, tables, countertops, and appliances Clean windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces as needed Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing and shop areas Monitor and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies Perform routine cleaning of high-traffic areas throughout the day Assist with seasonal cleaning and facility upkeep Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products according to instructions Report maintenance, safety, or facility concerns to management Maintain a neat and organized supply/cleaning area Follow company safety procedures and requirements Perform other cleaning and custodial duties as assigned Qualifications Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred Reliable and dependable with good attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning responsibilities Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures Ability to safely use basic cleaning equipment and supplies Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
