Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support multiple healthcare facilities throughout the Buffalo, NY area. This is a mobile, hands-on maintenance position where you will travel between approximately eight assigned locations within a roughly 15-mile service area. A company-provided van will be available for use while servicing the assigned sites. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded maintenance professional who is comfortable working independently, interacting with healthcare facility staff, and handling a variety of general building maintenance needs. Strong customer service and communication skills are important, as this position will work directly with clients and site personnel. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM. What You'll Do Travel between approximately eight assigned healthcare facilities to complete scheduled maintenance activities. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and general building maintenance at assigned locations. Complete scheduled work orders and plan upcoming work order activities. Inspect doors and other building components and complete repairs as needed. Perform basic carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, and patching. Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance. Perform basic electrical repairs and maintenance. Assist with the installation, modification, and repair of building equipment and systems. Review work orders and determine the time and materials needed to complete assigned repairs. Track work orders and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. Help identify potential maintenance issues and address them before they become larger problems. Complete expense reports and maintain required documentation. Complete required safety training and follow all applicable safety procedures. Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, supervisors, and healthcare facility personnel. Respond to routine questions or concerns and provide excellent customer service. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Perform other maintenance duties as assigned. What You'll Need High School Diploma or

GED. 1-2

years of general maintenance or related experience. Valid driver's license. General building maintenance experience. Drywall repair experience. Painting and patching experience. Basic plumbing skills. Basic electrical skills. Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills and a professional approach when interacting with clients. Ability to travel between multiple assigned locations throughout the workday. Basic computer skills. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, stooping, and lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs. Nice-to-Have Skills Advanced plumbing experience. Previous maintenance experience in a healthcare environment. Experience using a CMMS or computerized work order system. Additional experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or other building systems.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.60 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
